Thank you for choosing The Luxury Loons!

We are extremely happy to provide our services for your special event. We pride ourselves in providing exemplary quality and unparalleled customer service. Before booking, please read our guidelines below!

BOOKING
There is a $25 non-refundable deposit to purchase supplies and secure your delivery date and time. The remaining balance is due no later than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event date. We require a full payment for services booked within the 2 weeks prior to event date. Any changes to the date and/or time of delivery will result in a $25 fee. No exceptions.

DELIVERY
We do NOT provide decoration services; we only deliver balloons to the requested location. However, we do set up balloon columns, “Luxury room” services, structures, centerpieces, arches and garland. We are not responsible for any damages or flaws after we leave delivery location. ALL SALES ARE FINAL (including delivery fees), NO REFUNDS! In the event of extremely severe weather on the delivery day, The Luxury Loons will provide full refund to our customers! Thank you for your consideration!
